Nailah is a very practical woman who will double check things to make sure accurate. This has made her a whiz in school and incredibly smart but she doesn't like to simply think of things. while she can be very opinionated, she often doesn't voice them out loud. Or if she does then it is in a nice way. Despite all of that,Nailah is a flexible person and very open to change. She can bend to what those in her life wants without it changing who she is. Nailah is however, rather independent and feels bad if anyone does anything for her. One thing she doesn't like is to be alone for long periods of time though she knows that will drive people away. While Nailah does have the temper of her mother where she can destroy things without it bothering her and be incredibly vengeful,it is rare to see that. She is a gentle, calm and sympathetic person to be around and will make a wonderful friend and loved one.

History:
When Nailah was born it was rather rare that the gods would take a human lover. There was something about her father that the goddess Aekhmet must have liked. At the time her father was a widower and had a son before Nailah, named Ramses, who was next to take over his fathers position. Amun was a part of the royal court with the pharaoh and he was one of the most trusted. Amun didn't even know about Nailah until she was dropped off on his doorstep by some unknown person. Little did he know until later on that it was one of the priestess's to the goddess Sekhmet and there was a note attached to the baby girl. In the note was outlined what the girl was to be named and what to do when she reached a certain age. And it was said that no one must ever know who her mother is. Which was easy since Amun did not remember who he was with that night she was conceived but he followed what the note said anyways. Ramses would have nothing to do with his baby sister so she grew up with not very many close loved one's. The other kids only played with her because of who she was. And Nailah wasn't going to give into that so she actually happily entertained herself but managed to be charming still.
There was nothing really telltale about Nailah to hint she was a demi-goddess save her being stronger then Ramses which only made him pull from her more. And her affinity with big cats, especially lions which someone started to suspect since they weren't a common animal save for the goddess Sekhmet and maybe a few others. Though when Nailah hit her teenage years more started to show themselves as she proved to be more apt then anyone in healing. A year or so later it proved that she could both be destructive and healing but she choose not to thanks to the man her father was. He raised her to be a good person and he was sweet. That stuck with her and helped to balance out the vengeful and destructive side that came from her goddess mother. As Amun watched this unfold,he had to keep her from others which was the start of her dislike to be alone since she was forced to grow up away from others. Nailah understood why he did that but she still hated that and had to sneak around to see the boy she was in love with at the time. Thankfully it was not required for her to be pure when she would join the other priestess's of her mothers and Amun never knew his daughter was tainted.
Finally it came time to take her to the temple but as she grew up a jealous member of the court stopped them. He managed to find out who Nailah was and he wanted her hand in marriage. No matter what her father s aid to get out of it,the male pushed the issue and he had no choice but to give in and she was engaged. Amun knew the male only wanted to use his daughter and it wasn't long before everyone found out who she was and wanted to use her. Amun would not have this and he prayed to her mother once he remembered and begged for her help in saving their child. Thankfully he caught the goddess on a good day and she did not want one of her children to be used like that. So that night at the engagement party, every drank the bespelled wine that would erase all memory of Nailah. This worked on the young girl as well and the goddess put a block on the powers she gained from her mother and every memory of any of this. To help her daughter from being to defenseless, the goddess turned Nailah into a sorceress and put her into a very long sleep. Her powers would not be able to be tapped into until such a time as she found someone who could love her no matter who and not care about who she really was. When Nailah woke, she was in her old home but a different family who seemed to know who she was but she had no idea who they were.
Nailah dealt with that but she hated knowing there was a huge gap missing from her memories. It made her feel different from everyone and very alone since her old family was now gone. It wasn't long before she wanted a change and moved from Egypt and looked for a new home.
